How It Works
You bring the idea.
We manage everything else.

What Happens at Each Stage
01
DISCOVER
We start with your idea, your customer and the problem you’re trying to solve.
Understand the opportunity
You do not need a technical brief. We want to understand what success looks like and why somebody would use the product.
02
DEFINE
We turn the conversation into a practical product blueprint covering screens, features, journeys and priorities.
Turn the idea into scope
We identify the important user types, journeys, features, integrations and operational rules. This is where we challenge unnecessary complexity and agree what belongs in the first release.
03
DESIGN
Before building everything, we establish how the product should look and work.
Make the product easy to use
We map the experience and create the screens needed for the agreed product. You can see how the app will work before every part has been developed.
04
BUILD
Development runs in manageable stages with regular progress and working builds.
Bring the product to life
Development turns the agreed design and logic into working software. We coordinate the technical delivery and keep communication centred around progress, decisions and what you need to see next.
05
TEST
We test functionality, journeys, devices and the overall user experience before release.
06
LAUNCH
We prepare the product for submission and help manage the Apple App Store and Google Play process.
Prepare for real users
We test the agreed product, prepare release builds and support submission to the relevant app stores. Store approval remains under Apple and Google’s control, but we manage the submission process within the agreed scope.
07
GROW
Launch isn’t the end. We support the product after release and help you plan what comes next.
Learn and improve
After launch, real usage begins to replace assumptions. Current F5 packages include six months’ maintenance, and future improvements can be prioritised around what the business and its users actually need.
Communication Without the Development Headache
Your F5 contact manages the project from the UK and translates between the commercial objective and the delivery team. You should know what is happening, what decisions are needed and what comes next without spending your time coordinating individual developers.
