Already Have an App? We’ll Take It From Here.

Half-finished build? Developer gone quiet?

We review what you’ve got, tell you honestly what’s worth keeping, and carry the product forward from there.

How a Takeover Works

Step 1

01

Access and handover

We help you gather the code, accounts and logins you need.

Step 2

02

Technical review

We look at the code, infrastructure and third-party services.

Step 3

03

Honest report

What’s healthy, what needs attention and what it would cost.

Step 4

04

Plan and continue

We fix what matters first, then carry the product forward.

Keep, Improve or Replace

We won’t recommend a rebuild just for the sake of starting again.

KEEP

Solid foundations stay. No point paying twice for work that already does the job.

IMPROVE

Parts that work but hold you back get refactored, tested and documented.

REPLACE

Only where something is unsafe, unstable or blocking growth.

We check:

Source code

Hosting

Store accounts

Third-party services

Security basics

Documentation

After the review

Fixed price

Any further work is scoped, quoted and agreed before it starts. No open-ended bills.

Takeover FAQs

Can you work with code another team wrote?

Yes. We review the existing code, infrastructure and documentation first, then advise whether to continue with it, improve it or replace particular parts.

What if I don’t have all the source code or logins?

Tell us what you do have. We’ll help you work out what can be recovered and what access you need to request.

Will you just rebuild everything?

No. If the existing foundation is worth keeping, we keep it. We only recommend replacing what’s unsafe, unstable or blocking growth.
